Who are we:
Auxitrol Weston Operating Unit (OU) consists of 3 manufacturing plants, Auxitrol SAS (France), Weston Aerospace Ltd (UK), Auxitrol Weston (Mexico), with 3 R&D departments in France, UK and Norwich Aero Products Inc (US) along with 3 repair capabilities in France, UK & Singapore.
Weston Aerospace Ltd has approximately 175 employees at Farnborough whose responsibilities are to design and manufacture temperature, speed and pressure sensors for gas turbine and airframe applications.
We have another smaller manufacturing site dedicated to analogue indicators, based in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire with 16 employees.

Reporting to the Team Leader for Material Management the Level II Material Handler will work within the supply chain structure to ensure a smooth flow of incoming and outgoing material. A level II Material Handler will have a good understanding of Export compliance, customer and company procedure. They will also ensure that the department’s targets in respect of Operational Excellence and Customer OTIF are maintained
Primary Responsibilities
To be a member of a team that is responsible for the picking, packing and despatch of all work and sales orders within a stores environment
Key Responsibilities
– Be able to generate despatch paperwork, pick and pack to customer specifications and requirements.
– Booking work orders to stock and putting away in the correct stores location
– Control and ordering of all packaging material
– Control of all parts with a shelf life
– Daily cycle counts
– Generate all paperwork and labels, as well as being able to pick all Temperature, Speed and P&D products as per picking lists to ensure traceability is maintained
– Generate all paperwork and labels for shipments to Mexico, and be able to pick and pack them
– Be able to transfer and adjust stock on Baan
– Understand reason codes
– Maintain the highest standards of Housekeeping
Qualifications/Skills/Experience
– Knowledge of Baan or comparable ERP system
– Must be computer literate
– Be able to work not only on own initiative, but also as a team member
– The ability to work to the company’s and the customers procedures
– Good numerical and literacy skills
– Minimum of 1 years’ experience within an aerospace stores environment
Essential
Staff in this grade will be expected to be skilled in various aspects of the stores, and have the ability to train others in the areas they are competent at. They must be familiar with the company’s procedures. They must fully understand the importance of traceability within an Aerospace stores.
